Introduction to Floor Loom Weaving

Get started on a floor loom!

This course is designed for weavers who are new to the floor loom or who are interested in beginning on a floor loom, but also for those who are lacking confidence and wish to "make friends" with their loom.

The class is filmed on a Louet David 2, sinking shed, 8 shaft, 10 treadle floor loom.

This class shows you how to warp using the back to front method but has also been updated to include instruction for sectional beaming.

Includes almost 4.5 hours of video time, plus printable PDF files, taking you through all the steps you will need to complete a beautiful double cowl scarf.

"I loved loved this class!! I did twice the warp length and got the scarf, plus extra fabric to either make another scarf or something else with. It was really nice that my first project is a project that I can wear/use, and keep to remember.
